4. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this agreement or its implementation, each party has the right to bring a suit in the competent court in Shenzhen after friendly consultation between the parties.
VIII.Others
1. If any provision of this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the rest of this agreement shall still be valid and binding on the parties to the agreement.
2. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
