DapuStor and ZTE Co-Host AI Storage Technology Seminar in Nanjing
DapuStor and ZTE recently co-hosted an AI storage technology seminar in Nanjing, bringing together technical experts and business teams from both companies to discuss evolving data center storage requirements in the AI era. The seminar focused on the evolution of storage architectures and real-world deployment challenges, with in-depth exchanges spanning both technical and business perspectives.
At the opening session, Qian Jianzhong, Head of ZTE's Server and Storage Product Line, and Zhou Hui, Head of DapuStor's Nanjing R&D Center, delivered remarks and reviewed the companies' existing collaboration in enterprise data infrastructure. Both sides also expressed their intention to further deepen cooperation in computing infrastructure and broader industry development.
Three Technology Topics for AI-Era Storage
During the seminar, DapuStor's technical experts addressed key challenges facing modern data centers in capacity, performance, and architectural efficiency, with discussions centered on three major technology areas.
1. Storage Media Evolution and High-Capacity QLC
To address the massive storage demand generated by AI and other data-intensive workloads, DapuStor presented its high-capacity QLC SSD solutions represented by the J5060 and R6060, with capacities of up to 245.76TB per drive.
Through hardware-software co-optimization using technologies including FDP, multi-stream hybrid routing, large-granularity mapping, and Linux LBS, these solutions are designed to improve the usability and cost efficiency of QLC media in enterprise environments.
Based on a five-year total cost of ownership model, the solution can help data centers optimize overall infrastructure costs through higher capacity density, improved power efficiency, and simplified operations and maintenance compared with traditional storage architectures.
2. Exploring Innovations in Intelligent Interconnect Architectures
To address data-path efficiency and CPU resource consumption in server systems, DapuStor introduced several intelligent interconnect products, including the DN Series SmartNICs, F6100 hot-swappable BootRAID card, and F6501 NVMe bypass RAID card.
By offloading tasks such as network data processing and redundancy operations to dedicated hardware, these solutions can reduce host CPU overhead and improve overall data-processing efficiency, providing more flexible infrastructure support for high-performance server platforms.
3. Flash Technologies for AI Workloads
DapuStor also shared its approach to enterprise flash storage for typical AI workloads, including AI training, inference, long-context applications, and KV Cache.
These workloads place growing demands on low-latency data access, high-concurrency I/O, and large-scale capacity expansion. By combining high-performance SSDs, high-capacity SSDs, and dual-port SSD technologies, DapuStor provides product and solution recommendations tailored to both local storage and shared storage pool architectures in AI infrastructure.
Deepening Collaboration in Advanced Storage
The seminar provided an effective platform for technical exchange between the two teams and further strengthened the foundation for continued collaboration in AI storage.
Building on the discussions, DapuStor and ZTE will continue to advance technical alignment and solution integration, exploring new opportunities to address the evolving data storage requirements of AI infrastructure.
DapuStor Recognized as an "S-Level" Preferred Supplier by ZTE
According to ZTE’s latest supplier quality performance evaluation, DapuStor was recognized as an "S-Level" preferred supplier for Q1 quality performance and received the corresponding certification.
The recognition reflects ZTE's acknowledgement of DapuStor's product quality, delivery capabilities, and service responsiveness, while further strengthening confidence in continued collaboration between the two companies in enterprise data infrastructure.

As AI infrastructure continues to evolve and drive a new wave of storage demand, DapuStor will continue to build on its technology capabilities and deepen collaboration with industry partners such as ZTE, accelerating the deployment of advanced storage solutions across AI data centers and high-performance server platforms.
