DapuStor Wins Another China Patent Excellence Award
On the 23rd World Intellectual Property Day, DapuStor received good news again, winning the China Patent Excellence Award with the patent "METHOD FOR FLASH WRITE, FLASH MEMORY AND NON-VOLATILE MEMORY." China National Intellectual Property Administration has completed the evaluation of the 24th China Patent Award. This is the second time DapuStor has won this award, which reflects DapuStor's technical strength and innovation ability in the field of data storage.

Examples of the invention relate to the application of storage devices and disclose a method for flash write, flash memory, and non-volatile memory. This includes setting a corresponding status flag bit for each bit line and obtaining the target bit value of all the memory cells in at least a one-word line. Perform a voltage pulse to read the current bit value of all the memory cells in at least a one-word line; determine the memory cell whose current bit value is the same as the target bit value, set the status flag bit corresponding to that memory cell to the disconnect flag; repeat the voltage pulse for all the memory cells in at least one word line until the current bit value of each memory cell in at least a one-word line is the same as the target bit value, and set the status flag bit of all the memory cells in at least one word line to the on the flag. In the above methods, embodiments of the present invention can reduce the power consumption of flash memory chips during writing.
